My Avon experience
I have been selling Avon for 6 campaigns now and I love it. I have met so many new people I have gained new confidence in my self and i have made extra money to. There are so many people out there that don't realize what all Avon has to offer and I love showing them all of our products. Or some times people will say oh I didn't even know Avon was still around and I say yep were still here and we still have a lot of really good products would you like a brochure and a sample and they always love that. I love that I am in business for my self but not by my self selling products people know and love. Avon is so much more than a beauty company that's just out there to make money. Avon cares about its reps and they reward you for working hard and archiving goals. And they recognize you when you do well. As with any job you can't just sit on your but and expect that the money will just start flowing in. That's not how it works at all you have to get out there and not be afraid to talk to people. You have to buy books every campaign and get those books out there. You have to keep commitments to your customers and you have to really care. When you put care into what you do you can go far. Avon offers free on line training and we also have meetings where we cover sales and and how to be successful and get advice from other reps about what has and hasn't worked for them. Avon reps area community we share with each other. Because just like we want to be successful we want other reps to be successful to. We all have some thing we would like a new car, a new house, to be debt free, to travel, to be independent what ever it may be you really can achieve it with Avon if you have the drive and Support to make it happen. I see possibilities for my future that I never saw before. And I hope to be able to help others see those things they want to.

Beauty within !!!!
Beauty is within!!!
No matter who you are, No matter where your from, No matter what your back ground, you are beautiful.
We all ways say things we dont like about our selves and the things we would love to change. Lets try this every day try to think of one thing you love about your self. Lets start today!!!!
Our society Has made Us feel like unless we look like super models were not pretty enough but that just is not the case. We are all made to be different Tall, short, and every thing in between. We have to learn to embrace who we are and learn to love our selves for our differences.
Growing up I always felt like i wasnt good enough because I had a learning disability and a mood disorder. I always felt that because of those things I wasnt pretty enough or good enough. I always felt that i was being looked down upon. All i would do is focus on the things i thought we bad about my self . When what i should have been doing was thinking about the good things about my self.
We we learn to look at our selves in a positive way it helps others see us in a more positive way also. and our flaws or differences seem to go away. Beauty it within the eye of the beholder at least thats what we have always been told well i'm here to back that up.
It's not till we can look at our self in a positive light that others will to and when we do any thing is possible. Its not the clothes or the make up we where its the way we embrace our selves. The clothes or the make up dont matter unless you learn to accept your self with out it first. Then after they can just accentuate the beauty you've found within.

summers on its way
Before we know it summer will be here. What kind of things do you have planed?
Are there fun and interesting Vacations in the future for you? If so what kinds of places do you have planed to go this summer?
Along with summer and all the vacationing comes lots of sun for most people.
What kinds of things do we use to take care of our skin? Are bug bites a big issue for you? Do you have dry skin that needs extra moisture? Do you use sun screen?
So many things to think about with the coming summer. One tip to try for taking care of repelling those pesky insects with out using repellents with Deet that stink and just dont feel right on the skin. Try using Avon's Skin So Soft Body oil. Inexpensive and no disgusting smell Just get a bottle and put a spray top on it. and spray a thin layer on your skin and you will be protected from pesky bug bites for hours.

Empowerment what is it?
To be Empowered can be so many things. It can be the job of mother hood, having your own business, It could be trying some thing every one else seas you could never do. What empowers you?
The times are Always changing and new things are being done every day. Only we can decide what new things we are going to do and try. Every day can be and adventure if you let it. Never be afraid to try some thing new. Let your imagination take you to new destinations. the sky is the limit for every one of us. The day is the day to say I'm going to try some thing new at least once maybe ill like it who knows. You could end up learning a lot about your self you may have other wise never known.
No matter if your a mom, a student, a grandma, sister, Aunt or any thing in between you can do any thing you put your mind to. Make your self proud do what you want to do in your spare time. Spread the word and empower some one else to do some thing they may have wanted to do but never thought they really could.
